HEALTHY LIFE : Live healthy, live longer. If you want to have a healthy life, you should make a few changes in your lifestyle and you should pay attention to the following recommendations too: 1. Eat well.    - Try to eat enough fruits and vegetables every day. - Don't eat too much chocolate. A little chocolate can be good for you because it have a lot of calories and antioxidans.It also can improve your mood. - If you don´t want to gain weight don´t eat lots of  fast food. This kind of food contains too much fat. - You need to  eat fish, some portions of meat and too many eggs. These foods are high in proteins.   It´s also good to eat  cereals, bread, pasta and cookies because they contain carbohydrates. 2. Drink enough water. MY PRESENTATION My name is Ángela Mercado Méndez. I´m 19 years old. My nickname is Angelita. I´m from  Sahagún   and I live with my parents there. My father´s name is Edilberto and my mother´s name is Rosa. I don´t have siblings, but I have many cousins. I´m a university student. I study at University of Córdoba.
