HEALTHY LIFE : Live healthy, live longer.


If you want to have a healthy life, you should make a few changes in your lifestyle and you should pay attention to the following recommendations too:

1. Eat well. 
 

- Try to eat enough fruits and vegetables every day.
- Don't eat too much chocolate. A little chocolate can be good for you because it have a lot of calories and antioxidans.It also can improve your mood.
- If you don´t want to gain weight don´t eat lots of  fast food. This kind of food contains too much fat.
- You need to eat fish, some portions of meat and too many eggs. These foods are high in proteins.
 It´s also good to eat  cereals, bread, pasta and cookies because they contain carbohydrates.

2. Drink enough water.



If you want to keep your body hydrated, you should drink enough water every day.


Drinking enough water helps mantein the balance of body fluids.





3. Do exercise.






Doing exercise regularly will help you to improve your health and quality of life.

You should do exercise a few minutes every day. That helps you feel better.

4. Sleep well.

If  you want to have a healthy life, you should sleep enough.
Adults need at least 8 hours of sleep a night to gain physical, emotional and cognitive benefits.
